Motor Vehicle Accident - April 2023

The Defendant failed to brake and slammed into our client's vehicle with his heavy truck and trailer. One client injured her neck, back, and right shoulder. She underwent arthroscopic surgery to repair the rotator cuff in her right shoulder.  To treat her neck and back, our client first attempted a more conservative treatment, including acupuncture and chiropractic treatment, physical therapy, and steroidal injections.  When that treatment failed to provide lasting relief, our client was forced to undergo two different surgeries: an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion at C5-C6, and a L4-L5 and L5-S1 transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion and had cervical spine injections.

Our second client sustained head, shoulders, neck, and back injuries.  She undergone PRP and epidural injections for her shoulders.  For her neck and back, she received epidural injections and acupuncture and chiropractic treatment.  When that failed, she underwent a three-level anterior cervical discectomy and fusion.
