Auto v. Auto – August 2021

Our client was merging onto a freeway when Defendant's vehicle, travelling too quickly for the conditions, failed to yield to the merging traffic and caused a major collision. Our client suffered injuries to his abdomen, intestines, chest, neck, and back and required surgery on his
chest.
