Motorcycle vs. Auto – July 2021

The defendant made an illegal u-turn from the number two lane. As a result, our client was hospitalized for nine days and diagnosed with minimal bilateral front scalp soft tissue swelling; multiple rib fractures; right hemopneumothorax; right lung contusion; fracture of the right scapula; fracture of the right acetabulum anterior column and fracture of the right transverse process and right lamina of T1. The client required three surgeries to his lower back, abdominal hernia repair, and right shoulder arthroscopy.
