Auto vs. Auto – September 2021

Our client slowed and stopped their vehicle to make a left turn when they were struck by the defendant's vehicle. The defendant was operating a flat-bed truck weighing approximately 9,280 lbs. As a result, our client injured his lower back requiring several injections, and surgical intervention consisting of posterior lumbar decompressive surgery. Our client sustained injuries to his neck requiring multiple injections and was recommended to undergo cervical fusion.
