Our client was driving for a ride share company and was in a car crash with a drunk driver who fled the scene. He had no insurance. Our client brought an uninsured motorist claim. He had prior PI claims and was hit by a car, causing prior back issues identical to ours, but the defense nevertheless paid $650,000 on the case.
