The defendant caused a collision by attempting to make a left turn without the right-of-way in a 50,000 lb. Freightliner Sweeper directly into the path of our client's vehicle. Our client sustained a permanent limp as a result of the crash. The doctors at the ER immediately recommended open reduction and internal fixation for wrist and ankle injuries. The doctors also recommended a platelet rich plasma injection.
