Motor Vehicle Accident - February 2023

Our clients were passengers in a Rideshare when the defendant drove straight into the back driver's side of the Rideshare car at 45 MPH. One client suffered permanent and lasting damage to his lower back and neck (multilevel disc herniations), and pelvis (he fractured his pelvis in the accident). The other client fractured her collarbone and ribs (left side) and the other sustained minor injuries such as rashes and bruising (seatbelt-related).
