Auto vs. Auto –  June, 2021

Settlement of an under insured motorist claim involving an automobile collision where the party at fault failed to yield and pulled into oncoming traffic.  Our client suffered significant injuries including injury to his neck requiring surgery.

 

 

Premises Liability – April, 2021

Our client was being pushed in a walker when a wheel caught an extension cord, resulting in the walker tipping over. Our client suffered lower back injuries requiring surgery, a TBI and exacerbated seizure disorder.

Decedent who was jaywalking across the street at night was struck and killed. Vaziri Law Group successfully recovered 1.25 million dollars to provide for the surviving five adult children, twenty-five grandchildren, and eight great grandkids.

Our client was a working as a truck driver when he was rear-ended by another commercial truck. Our client sustained significant injuries to his neck and back requiring multiple surgeries over the course of 3 years and finally the installation of a pain stimulator to address to his ongoing back pain. Vaziri Law Group was able to recover 6.5 million dollars for our clients past and future medical care and pain and suffering.

Our client sustained a significant traumatic brain injury as a result of tripping and falling on defective stairs. Vaziri Law Group was able to successfully recover $5 million (Insurance Policy Limits) to provide for our clients future medical needs.

Bus Accident – February 2019

Our client was an elderly man riding as a passenger in a city bus when the bus driver made an illegal lane change causing a very bad accident. As a result of the force of the accident our client was thrown out of his seat and collided with the farebox (money collector). As a result he sustained a neck injury which necessitated a fusion surgery and a hematoma to his leg which subsequently got infected. The infection required hospitalization and treatment. Vaziri Law Group was able to secure a 5 million dollar settlement which represented the entirety of the insurance proceeds.

Auto Accident – January 2019

Our client was a young lady who was involved in a terrible accident and developed significant pain in her neck and hands as a result of the accident. Vaziri Law Group worked diligently with our clients doctors to determine the source of the pain. Through our use of highly qualified experts it was determined that Plaintiff had sustained a significant disc injury to her cervical and had developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). Vaziri Law Group was successful in settling the case for the Defendants insurance policy limits of 2.5 million dollars.
