Motor Vehicle Accident - June, 2023

Our clients, a married couple, were injured in a three-vehicle motor vehicle accident when another vehicle spun out in wet conditions on the freeway and struck them at 65 mph.  Both other drivers, however, denied liability and pointed the finger at an unidentified phantom vehicle that allegedly drove off.  One client sustained injuries to her upper and low back, both knees, and head requiring multiple rounds of epidural injections, while the other injured his low back, shoulders, requiring multiple rounds of epidural injections, and also fractured his ribs, left wrist, and left hand.  Notwithstanding the denials of liability, our team was able to obtain full policy limits from both drivers totaling well over $1 million.
