Motor Vehicle Accident - June, 2023

Our three clients were traveling on I-5, when the Defendant, driving a semi-trailer truck, made an unsafe lane change and collided with the passenger side of our client's vehicle. The impact of the collision forced our client's vehicle to the left, ultimately causing his vehicle to sustain a second impact with the center median.

The driver suffered a shoulder tear, lumbar spine and cervical disc protrusions. Another client suffered left knee ACL and meniscus tear, as well as lumbar spine disc protrusions. Our third client sustained lumber spine disc protrusions and a right shoulder Injury. All three clients had orthopedic spinal evaluations that require future treatment recommendations.
