December 2022 - Motor Vehicle Accident

Our client was involved in a head-on accident where coverage was initially denied by the defendant's insurance company. The defendant, while in the scope of employment, was driving northbound and made an illegal pass of the vehicle ahead of him into oncoming traffic, causing his vehicle to collide head on with our client. The crash caused the vehicle to spin out of control and nosedived into the adjacent field. Our client suffered multiple injuries in their legs, hip, ligament and tendon injury, as well as nerve damage from the knee down.
