This accident occurred on the Southbound 605 freeway during freeway construction. All lanes were closed except for the carpool. The defendant, while operating a semi-truck, was negligent while merging and crashed into our client’s vehicle causing them to spin out of control. Our client suffered neck, lower back, ankle and shoulder injuries.
